Makes: 2 small milkshakes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen whole strawberries
  • ⅔ cup 2% milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse 8–10 times to break down the frozen strawberries.
  2. Blend for 1 minute, until milkshake is completely smooth. Serve immediately.
