Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen whole strawberries
- ⅔ cup 2% milk
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse 8–10 times to break down the frozen strawberries.
- Blend for 1 minute, until milkshake is completely smooth. Serve immediately.
HELPFUL TIP: Top these with 2 tablespoons of canned whipped cream for an additional 15–20 calories, depending on the brand. We prefer Land-OLakes brand “whipped heavy cream” that does not contain corn syrup.
